Breastfeeding frequency
Hello! FTM. My baby is 16 days old. When we left the hospital they told us to wake him every 2 to 3 hours to feed him. I'm assuming for my supply and weight gain.During the day I've been feeding on demand or waking him up if it's getting close to 2.5 hours (which is not typical). He is now above his birth weight, so should I continue to wake him every 2-3 hours at night or spread it out a little bit more?
