A question for women on the pill

I am a college student researching a way to streamline the process of obtaining and maintaining access to the pill. My focus is on women 16-25, but any age is welcome! My question is: What sort of struggles have you gone through obtaining refills or changing locations to pick up your refills for the birth control pill? Any struggles with insurance, or contacting doctors, or accessing your prescription information?
