Should I go to the hospital??

This is my first pregnancy and I’m 23 weeks and drs said I’m high risk until my appt confirms anything. I haven’t felt my baby move recently and Im waiting for my appt for over a month and I’m just really worried. Would you go to the hospital to check on everything? I need advice. I’m so worried.

Any reduced movements should be checked out. Please go get checked to make sure everything is fine. Good luck

Movements don’t become frequent until 27 weeks, which is when they have you kick count. I have gone days where I don’t feel baby as much, or at all, and then I start feeling her a lot. I had called my doctor about this and they advised me to drink a cold, sugary drink and lay on my left side and monitor the baby for an hour. If you feel ANY movement, baby is good. If you try that and still nothing, at that point I would go in. But consistent baby movement is not occurring at 23 weeks. Don’t worry too much.

I just saw my doctor today and was scolded for not being checked last week when I thought I had decreased movement. He said he just had a mom lose her baby after not feeling it for a day. If I were you I’d get checked just Incase.

I think if youre worried you should go. Even if it ends up being nothing. Better for u to go and they find the issue, or say that it's nothing,than for you to not go and good forbid something happen..good luck!
