Bbt and opks conflicting - need help!

Hey ladies!!

Ok need some input. I’m at a loss-so I got peak and positive opk on same day (the day my temp spiked and another peak day after on cbfm) but from my temps it looks like that is when I ovulated. We were trying to wait to bd until peak and now I’m worried we waited too long!

**note- the morning it spiked I had awful sleep and tossed and turned all night.

Any thoughts/help?!
