Negative test but AF was due 3days ago!

When I was pregnant with my first, who is now 3, I knew right away that I was pregnant. But this time its a little different.. I’m nauseous, terrible back aches and cramps, my breasts aren’t tender but their is slight pain on the outer part near my armpits. My period is like clock work but I’m 3 days late. I took a digital test yesterday and it was negative.

Any suggestions? Should I re-test? If so, when?
