Possible pregnancy and IUD

I’ve had the mirena for about 6 months now, this is the first month I’ve missed a period (I know the only way to really know is to test) but I’m just wondering how common that is?? For the last couple weeks I’ve had sore breast, nausea, just been moody in general. All could be pms, but no period in sight
