EWCM?

Question

So I had a ton of the regular watery discharge but also a few strings of sticky, clear discharge. Could it be EWCM? Glow says my fertile week isn’t supposed to start for another week but I have PCOS and my cycles are never regular.

Ovulation normally occurs about 1 week after your period ends (sometimes a bit longer depending on your cycle length), or about 2 weeks before your next period begins. Then once you see/feel egg-white (ew) in consistency, stretchy, and slimy (you can tell that it’s slimy when you wipe) cervical mucus (cm), then you will normally ovulate 1-2 days after. Thus, best to start Baby Dance (BD) on the first day you see/feel ewcm, and continue on at least every other day.
