Help for clearing acne

I really need help.

I used an expired face cleanser last month

(it was still on the shelves past its expiry date)

Since then my skin has been so sore and broken out like mad! I haven’t had acne this bad since two years ago.

I’ve had good skin with a few pimples here and there for the last year but nothing this intense, I don’t know what could be causing it.

I’m on the implant but since I stopped taking the mini pill with it my skin seems to be all over the place, which is causing me to get really depressed.

Any home remedies/recommendations for my acne to clear?? It’s my birthday in a week and I’m going away with my partner at this end of this month and I just want it to go 😭
