hCg levels 😩

My hCg is doubling every 26.8 hours ... doctor asked me to come in immediately for a recount... is this normal? Does this sound like a multiple pregnancy or a blighted ovum (no history of them just been on the mood killer *Google*) ... what were your hCg levels like and how many babies did you end up having?
