So confused. Any advice is helpful and appreciated

I had what I thought was AF 1/17-1/21 then I spotted for two days after (which is not normal) I took an easy@home hpt and have been getting faint positives since 1/24 ( bottom one is just this morning 1/28) Has anyone had this happen before?
