Not getting results

I’ve been counting my calories and working out for 3 weeks (3 days strength training and 2 days cardio) and I haven’t had any results. Not on the scale or in the mirror. I honestly feel like my stomach is sticking out further. I’m not interested in diets that cut out food groups because I believe in a balanced diet but mainly I need something sustainable so I don’t gain the weight back right away. Does anyone have advice for me or anyone in the same boat?
