Made it to the Ultrasound

I took a “chill day” today and had my first US at 8ish weeks with the boyfriend in tow. I wanted the day to celebrate or process depending on what we encountered. Doc said all was good. What an amazing and overwhelming moment. I couldn’t look at BF so I just reached back and he grasped my hand...I would have bawled! I’m so relieved to have made it this far but I know there is still some growing to do for this little bud.

We didn’t get to hear the heartbeat but we could see it and I saw other movements...so I’m really looking forward to that next time! ❤️
