Numbness in fingers??

For the past week I’ve noticed that whenever I am using my right arm, my fingers will go numb and I will have pain in my elbow area. Like if I’m on my phone, brushing my hair, cutting up food, etc. any activity. Anyone else experience this and figure out what was causing it? I’m almost 38 weeks. The numbness will go away if I straighten my arm out

Been dealing with this since 24 weeks.. pregnancy carpel tunnel 😩 all of my fingers on both hands have been practically numb and tingly since 28 weeks. Will be nice to feel my fingers again eventually lol

Carpal tunnel.
Ice ur wrist 15 to 20 mins whenever u need to
Buy a splint and wear it when ur sleeping
Rest when u can, elevate it slightly. Like up on a pillow. Leave ur hand flat open dont curl it, and have ur arm straight not bent
Reduce sodium intake
