Calm me down!

I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks and it was obviously too early to hear anything, but they said the sac was growing like normal. (I had a MC in April so I forced this US on them) I’m now 8 weeks and still don’t have my first appointment for 2 more weeks! I JUST NEED TO KNOW. I also only have “occasional” symptoms. I feel SO normal. Ugh, someone tell me happy stories after a miscarriage?
