Stomach flu or pregnancy?

*** I know the main thing is to test and I plan on it but just really want inputs ☺️

So my SO and I have been TTC for about 6 months now. This past cycle, I was 10 days late and was testing w faint positives. I started bleeding days later so I figured it was a chemical. I tested after the bleeding stopped and it was still positive - Another commonality in chemical pregnancies. It’s been about 2 weeks since the bleeding stopped. This past Friday night, I was sick into Saturday morning. But ever since then, and even the day before, I have been noticing changes. I have no appetite, getting discharge, still feel nauseous, overly tired, and on-and-off stomach pains since the day before I got sick. Is there a possibility that it could be pregnancy-related or is it just wishful thinking? Has anyone else experienced this? Should I get checked out?
