Could i be pregnant?

I had sex with my boyfriend but he didn't cum inside me it was near my fertile window. About a week later i started bleeding lightly but it lasted about 4 days and i even had a couple of little clots.

Then i took provera to help regulate my period and after 3 days of finishing the pills i started cramping and bleeding lightly again but it's not the same amount as a regular period.

Could i be pregnant?
