hCg levels at 45 at 4 weeks?

Got a BFP this morning and went to get blood drawn this afternoon. The urine test at the doctor came back negative but the seven (don’t judge me! Lmao 😂🤣😭) I took at home are faint but positive. Then the results for my draw came back at 45. My last period started on 12/29 (thanks Glow!) and my EDD is 10/05. So making me about 4 weeks. I’m trying not to panic of course but as you can tell by the amount of tests I took today, I’m not doing so hot. Lol. Has anyone had levels of hCg this low at this week and been ok?

Mine started at only 35, then went to 130 then to 700. My dr said it’s important that the numbers double. If sounds like you are just very newly pregnant! I wouldn’t worry at this stage. To put your mind at ease maybe just have a couple more blood tests to make sure it’s rising how if should.

My levels at 4 weeks were low at 51. As long as they double every 2-3 days,  that's all that matters!  Good luck.  Don't stress ❤

So here’s an update. The doctor I saw yesterday called and said for 4 weeks that my number should be way higher than that and she’s actually surprised I’m not cramping or bleeding. I’m blown away by her lack of tact but either way she has ordered another blood draw from tomorrow. Im keeping positive because I don’t feel in the least bit crampy or anything. I’ve been extra hungry if anything.

My hcg was 53 at 4 weeks! I’m 7 weeks 1 day pregnant now. We saw the heartbeat at our ultrasound yesterday! It just matters if your levels double I believe :)

It means it's been 4 weeks since your last period but the fetus is really young, like closer to a week old. I had a similar thing happened with the one who wasn't viable.  69 my first lab draw, 120-something my second, 0 my 3rd. Mine was only 1-2 weeks, in reality.  It just means you're early right now.

Your doctors urine test is not as sensitive as Home tests. And for your blood test as long as the number doubles in 48 hours they are rising and is good
