Help?

I had a miscarriage on the 21st, my doctor confirmed it. They found no embryo in my uterus. I found a picture I had taken of my belly *because my fiancé is locked up so I made sure to document our baby* and I was looking at my stomach just now. I took another picture and for some reason it is bigger than before. My stomach is slightly hard still.

I don't know if its just from my miscarriage but I wasn't showing much. Was wanting advice from ya'll.

We also had sex the 18th so maybe it could be because of that? I stopped bleeding a few days ago.
