Possible labor? And TMI (update)

Alright I literally have no one to ask because I’m by myself and it’s 1 am but I’ve been having a few contractions and I was in bed but I was just so greatly uncomfortable I had to get up. I just started timing and then I went to the restroom went #2 and then right after that just violently vomited. I have never in my life puked like that. Is this the start of labor?

Went to L&D found out I may have food poisoning possibly. I have it coming out of both ends and I can’t even drink water. But I may also have preeclampsia along with UTI. I have to do a 24 hr urine catch.
