Depo provera and pregnancy

Hi all,

I took 1 shot of depo on August 7th 2018 and so I’m guessing the shot wore off in November. After reading other posts on the depo I didn’t think that my periods would come back so soon but I’ve just had my first period and it hasn’t even been 3 months after coming off the injection!

Does this mean that I now have a higher chance of conceiving and I’m fertile? I’ve never had a regular cycle due to my right ovaries being polycystic but I’m hoping that my period starting is a step in the right direction!
