First ultrasound today!

I have my viability scan today and I’m soooooo nervous! Went to the ER Sunday, bc of some bad cramping, and they did an ultrasound but didn’t let me see it. Based on LMP I’m 6 weeks 4 days, but I know it’s a little off bc I ovulated late. Sunday they were able to see the gestational sac, yolk sac, and what they think was the fetal pole, but couldn’t get a heartbeat reading. What are the chances they will be able to see heartbeat today if fetal pole was visible Sunday? I miscarried Feb 20th last year and I’m terrified!
