Still in limbo I think...? To cancel surgery or not?

I am on CD38 & I normally don’t go past 30-31 we “baby danced” on 01/11 so 4 weeks ago and I have no signs of af .... like at all.... other than some very mild on and off cramping. I’ve taken 4-5 hpt including a first response early detection & they’re all negative. Here’s the kicker.... I’m scheduled to have surgery on Monday & don’t know if I should go ahead and cancel it and test again next week? or just accept the negative tests as I’m not pregnant this cycle and keep my appointment? I absolutely do not want to have this procedure done if by chance I’m pregnant... it requires anesthesia and narcotics.
