Braxton Hicks mucus plug??

Hey everybody I am 31 weeks and kind of worried but calm right now. My sister isn’t replying to me which is upsetting because she is the one I asked everything.

Yesterday I’m pretty sure I was having Braxton Hicks and just didn’t feel well. With my first I’ve never had Braxton Hicks it felt my contractions until I was close t 6! So it’s all a blur.

Anyways this morning I took a bath with my son and when I stood up a string of what looked like a snot rocket was hanging from below. No blood or brown color just the cloudy white look. I’ve felt fine this morning but still feel some small pains under my belly.

I think in my head I’ve had a feeling she would be coming early since my son came at 37 weeks weighing 8 lbs.. I’m not sure when to contact my OB or if it was my mucus plug I even lost. I will be messaging him today or tomorrow about the Braxton Hicks I have an appt Monday but still just need some advice here 😭
