Implantation?

I usually get breast tenderness about 4-5 days before my period and start cramping literally 12 hours before I receive it.

My breasts have been sore since the 18th of this month, they have grown tremendously and are VERY tender. Tingling nipples as well and my areola is larger and purple ish.

Low blood pressure and low blood sugar.

I’ve had dull low belly cramps the past 2 days, always at night time and no sign of my period..

According to GLOW I am due for my period on the 4th.. what’s happening?
