Cramping during ovulation?

This is a question for women that are already pregnant and have experienced this or for women that experienced this and found out they weren’t pregnant.

I'd have about 3 days of a pinching like feeling on one side. One day it would be stronger than the others and that's when I would ovulate.

I always cramp and spot during ovulation. Although, it didn't begin happening til my late 20's. I'm 34 now and 13 weeks☺
