My MIL found out I'm sick

So we just announced our pregnancy this past weekend. My MIL found out this morning how sick I've been, and within a couple hours she had this

at my house. Her famous German soup and homemade German bread😭😭😭 So many posts about bad in laws makes me SO thankful for my amazing MIL! She's the sweetest person I know, and there are perks to living close to in laws❤

*edit* My husband brought this back around lunch time after visiting his mom on his way home from work. I was sleeping while he was home, so he text to let me know it was here. This evening when he got back home I asked if he wanted some of the soup. He said, "No, Mom didn't make that for me she said it's for you." 😂😂😂 I laughed so hard and told him to eat 😂😂😂 I've got an awesome MIL!!

*edit* I've never gotten so much attention on a post before😅 Just so you all know, my MIL is amazing, my FIL, not so much, and yes they are still married. So, I have seen both sides of having a great in law and a bad one. I choose to focus on the fact that my husband turned out nothing like his father, and every bit as gentle, kind, and considerate as his mom❤ I hope you all can also find peace that sometimes life isn't fair, and you just have to ignore the ones who seem to take pleasure in your pain. I also recently had to cut off my SIL, because of her constant negativaty. It's gone on for years, but once it was aimed at my baby, I was 1,000% done. Thankfully my brother, her husband, is happy and excited for his niece or nephew, though. Here's to all us "out-laws", choosing to find the joy, rather than focus on the pain. We're better than that, and we got this💪
