Stomachache, cramps, or round ligament pain?

Question

The last 3 nights I’ve had stomach pains before bed. Right now it’s the afternoon and they’re starting. I can’t tell if it’s just a stomach ache, round ligament pains, or cramping (which wouldn’t be good, I’m 21 weeks pregnant.) How can I tell the difference? This is my second pregnancy so I should know but I don’t so 🤷🏼‍♀️ any input is appreciated.

I just commented on someone else’s post on stool softener but dude it works
Same thing was happening to me every night one one side. Laying down or sitting up was painful I had to get up and walk. One time it was so bad i was sweaty and going to puke it hurt soooo bad. I had no reason to believe it was the baby no blood or anything and a doctor appointment the next day so when I told her she said to drink prune juice or start taking a stool softener like docusate NO laxatives 
Been taking it and relatively no issues. I can sleep at night.
