Emotional changes during TWW

Anyone experience a swing in emotions during their TWW? I’ve been feeling down the last few days, and can’t get out of it. I have zero reason to feel that way, and I don’t think it’s nerves during my wait period. Anyone else experience this? I’m 5 dpo
