I’ve always struggled with my weight because I like looking thin and I feel so much more confident and stuff but I tend to over eat and then later regret it and then gain a lot of weight. I’ve lost about 10 pounds now and I just want to lose 5 more pounds and then I’ll be happy and I’m very particular about my diet, but today after school I went to my friends house and had pasta and like half a full bag of cheese itz and now I feel all bloated and gross. I’m dreading weighing myself tomorrow morning because if I go on the scale and gained weight I’m gonna be very mad at myself. Does anyone have any ideas or remedies to help my digestion so I won’t gain 3 pounds in one day (through the over eating and water retraction)???
