Pregnancy test with opk

Is opk gets accurate to test for pregnancy.

For my first pregnancy when i missed my period i first tested with opk it's positive and i was pregnant but had a mc.

This time i tested with opk today it's negative. Am expecting my period on 1st or 2nd..am disappointed am so sad now..
