Things I did differently this cycle:✨No fast food (at all)✨No coffee (The horror, I know)✨actually had sex the day before, day of, and day after Ovulation and focused on the PLEASURE of it, not just the act.✨Wore socks to bed after ovulation to keep my body temps up (I literally HATE sleeping with socks, but it kept me warm. I literally woke up in a pool of sweat one night..... I was highly upset lol)✨ ate fresh, organic pineapple (sliced WITH THE CORE, cut into like 6 pieces). I ate that 1-5 DPO, but on the 5th day I ate 2 slices (had my wisdom teeth taken out later that morning and I knew I wouldn’t be able to chew the next day). ✨ate bacon and two scrambled eggs w/ kale 1-4 DPO. Then after my wisdom teeth got better I started eating it again. ✨Started taking organic Maca Root pills like, a week before Ovulation. I had no symptoms, as I’m pretty dramatic and emotional from time to time (aren’t we all lol). The only “symptom” I could think of would be that my cranberry grape juice tasted weird (it’s my favoriteeeee to drink but it tasted sour). Even with the anxiety of having my teeth pulled, I kept myself calm thinking that if I was possibly pregnant, I couldn’t be stressed. I had my teeth (3 wisdoms) pulled 5 DPO, which would’ve been around implantation time.
