Still confused

Does anyone have PCOS and can you experience pregnancy symptoms and it just be the PCOS ? I posted a little bit ago about having brown discharge a missed period and constant heartburn. Also about having faint positives I took two more test I got a negative and a faint positive again. 3 different doctor's at different clinics did urine test and they came back negative they insisted I had an STD they tested me for them cause I told them I Know I don't but whatever and sure enough I didn't have any. I am very confused and very emotional and depressed I just want to know what's goin on with me any advice ?
