Surgery = bottle feeding 😭

I am scheduled to have surgery at the end of February. Doctors told me today that I can’t breastfeed for 72hrs after my surgery. Although I am heading back to work at the end of March, I am still sad about giving her a bottle so early. I feel like I’m finally getting into a rhythm and comfortable with breastfeeding... I just hope she doesn’t get confused and doesn’t want to breastfeed any longer. Can anyone recommend bottles that are very similar to the breast?
