So, I’m 19 now and I’ve been struggling for a while (since I was about 7) about how my vagina looks.

When I was younger, I used to get made fun of in the locker rooms at my daycare for having a protruding labia minora and that my vagina was wrinkly. It’s the reason I’ve had such anxiety getting into more intimate relationships, and during the only sexual encounter I ever had, the guy wanted to finger me but I said no even though I really wanted it, because I was so scared he would think that I looked disgusting down there.

Now I’m 19 and I do want to try to get out there more, but I guess my question is:

Is it normal for my labia minora to protrude and to be all wrinkly? Or is it gross?
