BLACK NOSE WITH CANDLES?????

Hey ladies I lit a candle last night and left it for a while, this morning me and my baby woke up with the insides of our noses completely black. Has this ever happened to anyone else or have you heard of it??? I’m so scared for me and my baby. I feel like such a horrible mother I just wanna know she’ll be okay. I regret ever lighting up that candle :(

The black is from the soot. I’d avoid burning candles, but if you do, blow it out as soon as the smoke turns black. I read you shouldn’t burn a candle more than 2hours.

Natural (palm, soy, beeswax) candles unscented or lightly scented with high quality essential oils. Beeswax, ftw!
