So confused

I'm am so confused and the doctors are no help!! Here's my long story I had a late and heavy period start on December 12. Fast forward 37 days and what I believe is my next period, but it was very light, no clots, and more of a brown and light pink discharge than anything. Now a couple weeks after that I am having major nausea, headaches, sore breasts, even some discharge from my nipples. So I took an hpt and it had a faint second line. I contacted my doctor and he ordered a blood test and just called telling me it was negative. I don't know what to do, I feel crazy for thinking I'm pregnant and being told I am not. Any suggestions??
