Hi ladies! So I’m struggling with losing weight. I gained quite a bit of weight from being in a happy relationship, my birth control, and just where I’m now a full time college student with a part time job. All in all I gained about 40ish pounds, give or take a few on the good and bad days.

I’ve tried counting calories, I’ve tried working out (which helped the most but right now because of medical reasons I can’t work out right now), and I’ve tried weight watchers. The only thing that helped was working out, which I LOVED but since I have been unable to work out I’ve been pretty stagnant with my weight. I’m going on vacation in March so I’d really like to lose some weight before then.

I was wondering about some recipes or foods I could eat? Keeping in mind I’m a working college student and usually don’t get home until 8:30pm😅

I could just really use some tips but I can’t have tomatoes, beef, or any vegetable that typically goes into a regular house salad because I have a few severe food allergies.

But I’m open to any tips/recipes you all have and the easier to make the better!! Thanks!
