I’m still in shock looking at these photos, you don’t notice the changes you have made to benefit your life until you look back at old photos. It’s been a amazing year! Losing weight gave me my beautiful baby boy which I knew wasn’t possible unless I made some decisions to benefit me. I truely am the happiest I’ve ever been & I’m so proud of how far I’ve come with fixing my physical health.
