Bad pain

Attention Nurses, Drs and anyone who can possibly save me an expensive drs visit 😅 I’ve had this mild ache in my wrist since about November, I had surgery and they had to place the IV in the side of my wrist so at first I assumed it was just bruised from that but over the last week the pain has gone from mild to severe, I can barely put weight on it or pick stuff up and there are now 2 pea sized lumps that are extremely sensitive for even clothes to brush against. Any recommendations or ideas of what could possibly cause this? Google gave me nothing & I would rather avoid expensive xrays if possible!
