MoDi twin delivery?

Has anyone safely delivered MoDi twins vaginally? My OBGYN is pushing for an elective c-section whereas my MFM specialist said I could try a vaginal delivery if the first twin isn’t breech but may end up with an emergency c-section if the second twin is in distress.
I’m confused and terrified of both ways so any experiences to calm my nerves would be appreciated. My main concern are the babies and recovery so that I’m able to care for them.

If one is breech it’s safer to do a csection but a lot of girls have done it vaginally

What, if any, complications have you had? How far along are you? Most drs wont reposition a twin if they are still breech. I had a c-section because my baby b had her head in my liver and thank whatever higher power there is that I didnt push for a vaginal. Upon inspection of the placenta baby a's cord was less than a foot long and baby b's cord was barely viable. It was thinner than one of the veins in her sisters cord, completely translucent, and had literal holes in it. I would have had to have an emergency c-section if I tried. I ended up with two totally healthy 32 weekers and to think of the damage that could have happened if i insisted on trying vaginally scares me to no end.

Baby A was head down and baby B was transverse most of my pregnancy, but heading to vertex at labor. Doctor had to reach in and reposition B to help me push her out. From what I understand from my Obgyn, they just don't teach this anymore so many doctors are super uncomfortable with this type of delivery. Ask you doctor if they've done it before. Also, it's definitely not comfortable to have someone's hand that far up inside you but having just popped baby A out, pain is kinda relative at that point. 🤷‍♀️🙃 Also, if you think there's a chance of a C-section or one twin getting stuck, you're really motivated to push your babies out. Like REALLY motivated!
