Why is it okay for others but not me..

I've posted before asking a question about my downstairs.

Yes I provided a photo but everything was blocked out except for the small part I needed to show.. I don't go to the OB for three more weeks and thought maybe here I could get an explanation maybe.

Well whats frustrating to me is that I see others posting full pics and they get answers and comments while my post is just deleted within minutes..

All I want to know is why a flap of skin is tearing (looks like stretch marks that are open wounds). The skin is like not covering my vagina but kinda is. I guess it's called the labia minora?? But it's the bottom part towards my anus.

I use tons of lube when I have sex or use toys so idk what's really causing it... Eventually it stopps hurting but has caused me to stop sex with my partner many times.

It just started happening maybe a month ago if not a little more.. I'm just confused at this point because nothing comes up one Google even similar to it.

I know pics like that aren't allowed but literally everything was blocked except a small portion to show an example. I understand there are men And they're creeps sometimes but it just confuses me why someone can post a pic of theirs and get 20+ comments 🙄🤷‍♀️ and it not be taken down for hours. Idk
