Will I be able to get pregnant ?

I’ve been trying to get pregnant since I got off the pill in June 2018. We are currently in January 2019, & I started using the glow app.. Iam scheduled for a procedure to be done on Feb 7th, due my uterus being unusually large, follicles in my right ovary, left ovary being normal. They will be seeing if I have polyps or not. Also, my endometrium is really thick. I’m very scared, & nervous.. I was told if polyps are present, it could turn into cancer? And well, this entire time, I’ve had irregular periods. All of that is because why. What do y’all think? I just want to get pregnant already. 😢
