How long till I call RE

Currently I’m on CD 32...negative pregnancy tests and not sure when I ovulated. I take 5mg femara CD 3-7 unmonitored and OPKs don’t work for me we just BD every other day and monitor CM. my last few cycles have been 25 days, 33 days, 27 days and now the current cycle. I normally get sore breasts prior to my period and I don’t have that and no symptoms of pregnancy or PMS. How long should I wait to call my RE to see about a blood test and what they want to do. I wish they would do monitoring. Once I do start my period this will be the 3rd unmonitored femara 5mg cycle.
