Makeup on baby?!?

So this girl I know has a preemie that was sent home from the NICU only 2 days ago. He was in there for 87 days... she’s puting makeup on him doing his eyebrows?! I personally would never expose my daughter to stuff like that at such a young age because you never know the type of reaction they could have especially after being in NICU for so long :( opinions?!

I've seen pictures of babies with their eyebrows done or of little things like moustache drawn on (obviously with eyeliner) but those Babies are a few month old at least.
A baby isn't a fashion accessory though. She doesn't sound mature enough to have had a baby.
