Started on her face, chin and cheeks yesterday. Now she has it behind her ears and on her left ear. It isn’t as bad on her cheeks/chin anymore. No fever, been running in the 98’s consistently. She is 7 weeks old and she is formula fed. Never seen anything like this so I don’t know if it’s baby acne that is just now appearing or if it’s a rash or something more that I should be worried about. Anyone else’s littles have something like this? (Sorry for the blurry pics, she kept moving)
