PCOS and Early Pregnancy - Hormones?

Hi ladies, I have struggled with PCOS and many other fertility issues (tube blockages, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids) and was told I would never be able to conceive on my own and I’d have to try IVF. 
Well, fast forward a few years to today, when I’ve just gotten my fourth positive hCG test and it looks like I’m pregnant! 
I called my GYN today after my third positive and they want to see me in three weeks. That seems like a long time out bc of my PCOS - don’t they need to monitor my hormone levels and possibly put me on progesterone or estrogen (if necessary)? I’m terrified because this feels like such a miracle - we tried for years - and waiting until 8-10 weeks seems crazy with my history. Am I overreacting? Should I seek a second opinion? Please help!

I have PCOS but my post-ovulatory progesterone is fine. My surprise pregnancy needed no extra intervention or early appointments. I think my Adenomyosis had more to do with my infertility, in my own case. Usually if your progesterone is good enough to allow for implantation, then the hormonal feedback of pregnancy is sufficient to keep you pregnant. Estrogen should not be an issue at all.

I got a surprise Bfp and when my dr confirmed it at 4w5d I asked her to test my levels to see if there was any concern and due to some women with PCOS having low progesterone and that sometimes being the cause of miscarriage she checked with the fertility specialist and even tho my progesterone was 21 still put me on 200mg of progesterone as it wouldn’t hurt until I’m 12 weeks

Congrats on the pregnancy! Did you have your tubes unblocked?

It depends on why you had an issue getting pregnant and if you have prior miscarriages. If it was progesterone, then yes. If it was your insulin levels (like me) then no. My Dr just told me to keep doing what I was doing and I haven't had issues with my pregnancy (I'm a few days shy of the third trimester.) When they checked your hormones to diagnose you with PCOS were they within normal range?

I have PCOS and we did IUI. I was put on progesterone even before I got a positive pregnancy test.
