smelly after fingering ?

Two days ago my boyfriend was fingering me & eating my vagina , the second time i orgasmed he told me i’m bleeding so i checked & i smelt blood but i didn’t see a lot of it. He did have some length on his nails but it wasn’t too long. When it would hurt a little i would stop him. So i don’t know if he possibly cut me. There was only a thin orange tint on my fingers. So i wasn’t gushing blood. i bled a little while he was fingering me. I didn’t see any blood when i went to the bathroom, that was the only time i noticed blood. Today i woke up and i smelt something that smelt like a fart was following me then i realized my vagina smelt very strong & i don’t know why. i’m just confused because my vagina doesn’t hurt/itch there’s just this strong odor. It smells the same from when i’m on the last days of my period & the blood is drying up & it gives off that awful smell. & when i shower the smell doesn’t go away. I change my underwear 3 times a day because the smell can build up so quickly & so strong. Also, I just got off my period last week so i’m not spotting. The thing is the smell is strong enough for me to smell through my clothes & when i’m hanging with friends . & i’m just very confused. I just want to know if i should be concerned by the smell.
