5 weeks cramping

I’m five weeks pregnant, and I’ve been having awful cramping on the right side of my abdomen, feels like it’s right above my hip and right next to it on the right side. There’s no bleeding, but the cramping is pretty awful. This is my 5th pregnancy, but I only have two babies, so I just don’t know what’s normal and what’s not anymore. Does this mean I may miscarry? Could it be an ectopic pregnancy?
