UpSpring Fertility +

Hey guys, so I’ve been doing a lot of research and was hoping to find more information on Glow about UpSpring Fertility +. I’ve seen a lot of questions on here but not a lot of answers. So to hopefully help out the majority of women looking to find more answers about these pills, I hope this thread will do that.

I just purchased these today at Target and immediately took one of the pills as soon as I got home, around 5:30pm (3 hours ago at the time of this writing.) I don’t know how long it’s supposed to take in order to take affect, or rather if I’m even supposed to notice or feel any differently but so far I feel normal.

I am currently on day 8 of my cycle. The reason I started taking these is because I’ve been ttc since my son was 5 months old, when my period finally returned. I breastfed him for a full year and just fully weaned him last month. I know that breastfeeding affects your ovulation and they suggest weaning in order to conceive, but even when I had him down to one nursing session per day I still had no luck.

My periods (while breastfeeding) have been irregular in the sense that sometimes I’d have a 29 day cycle and other times it’d be a 35 day cycle, it was very hard to track. I also noticed that my leutal phase was also way too short. I’d get a positive opk and then my period would come 4-7 days later. So yeah, bottom line, the reason I’

m taking these pills is to try to jump start my cycle getting back to normal. So we’ll see.

This is my first month of ttc after fully stopping breastfeeding. I stopped on 1/10 with 1/9 being the last time I nursed.

I will continue to give updates throughout the month (or until I run out of these pills which is a 30-day supply) and let you all know what’s going on.

If anyone has any suggestions or questions please feel free to comment.

I’m taking these to try & regulate my hormones after stopping bc in December. In January I had a 7 day heavy period, was all set to start trying & then got another heavy period a week after the first one ended. I started taking these pills day 1 of that new cycle, I read it’s best to start them at the start of your cycle when possible. I did opk’s and found that I ovulated on day 17. I stopped taking the pills after ovulation (I read in the reviews for the pills that others were doing this, since the supplement isn’t really safe for pregnancy). Unfortunately AF showed up on day 30, but I was happy to have a pretty normal cycle. This month I’m taking them again & crossing my fingers for success. I’m on day 13 of this cycle & according to my opk’s I think I’ll ovulate sooner, day 15 or 16 probably. This crap isn’t supposed to be so complicated, lol

Hi I know this is an old post but did you end up pregnant from taking these fertility pills?

Hey ladies so I just wanted to follow up. I’m still taking these pills, I’m now into my second month and I’ll be honest with you- I don’t notice anything different. Last month was another flop since I didn’t ovulate until like CD23 so I know that my cycles are still whacky, but I’m still taking it this month so fingers crossed? 🤞🏻 I’m also drinking Pink Stork Fertility Tea too in hopes that might help but who even knows at this point. There’s no one right answer to when your cycles fully regulate after you stop breastfeeding so I’m just praying that it’s finally my month. 😕

I’m sure you’re body is just taking longer to regulate since you just stopped breastfeeding. I didn’t even get my period back until each of mine were a year old. Obviously they aren’t miracle pills but I felt like they helped me after coming off birth control for 3 years. I hope you are successful soon! If my cycle is regular this month I’m expecting AF in a day or two but I’m also praying she doesn’t show, lol.
