What are safe medications for headaches while pregnant?

Question

I used to get headaches DAILY and would usually get a migraine about once a month. I would take Excedrine Migrane all the time but since I got pregnant I’ve stopped using it for headaches. I read somewhere that acetaminophen and ibuprofen were okay but I read somewhere else that ibuprofen is NOT okay...
I’m so confused!! I don’t have an appointment with a doctor until the end of February!

Tylenol only! I also get migraines often and took a can of coke for the caffeine boost which helps. I have found peppermint oil also helps. My last pregnancy I was blessed with very few migraines- the hormones helped a lot. You could also try acupuncture. It helped when I needed it.

I will sometimes take tyenol with a cup of coffee for the caffeine (closest I can get to excedrin).
